What you'll do:

- Help us scale from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands — and eventually millions — of users worldwide.
- Build a non-custodial crypto wallet that lets users securely buy, swap, and manage digital assets.
- Develop a crypto card experience that bridges fiat and crypto: instant on-ramp, seamless payments, subscriptions, and physical card integration.
- Own features end-to-end — from planning and architectural design to implementation, testing, production monitoring, and iterative improvement based on real user feedback.
- Work across the full stack of mobile development — from UI to crypto logic and blockchain integrations — with freedom to choose the best technologies and approaches. We trust our engineers and expect you to help us evolve.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to deeply understand user needs, shape product direction, and co-create solutions that deliver tangible value.
- Partner with QA and backend engineers to ensure strong quality control through clear documentation, reproducible testing flows, and knowledge sharing.
- Communicate clearly and proactively by producing technical documentation and guides for internal teams, and occasionally showcase product demos for support and operations.
- Stay ahead of React, React Native, and Expo ecosystem trends, bringing modern ideas that keep our product and codebase at the cutting edge.

Who you are:

- 5+ years of experience in frontend development, including 3+ years building React Native apps in production; background in web3, crypto, or fintech is a strong plus.
- Expert in React, React Native, and TypeScript, with solid experience in testing (Jest, Detox) and modern tooling.

- Confident working with Git workflows, GitHub Actions, and automated pipelines for production releases. 

- Strong product mindset - you think beyond implementation and care about user experience, business context, and product impact.

- Skilled in technical research: evaluating trade-offs, testing hypotheses, and making data-driven architectural decisions.

- Effective collaborator across cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Backend, QA) - you communicate clearly and drive alignment.

- Self-motivated and responsible - you thrive in small teams, enjoy autonomy, and take full ownership of the development process.

- Curious about blockchain technologies and eager to deepen your understanding of crypto wallets, tokens, and network mechanics. 

- English proficiency at least Upper-Intermediate. Fluent Ukrainian/Russian language proficiency.
