Now we’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Crypto) - someone who’s curious, detail-oriented, and genuinely excited about helping people understand and navigate the world of crypto. Key responsibilities:

• Handle customer support requests, ensuring timely resolution or escalation through the ticketing system.
• Analyze customer issues, identify root causes, and provide effective, well-explained solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with Compliance, QA, and Development teams to resolve complex cases.
• Maintain and expand an internal knowledge base to keep information accurate and up to date.

Required skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Customer Support role within FinTech, Payments. Must-have: Crypto payments.
• English - advanced level, with excellent grammar and professional written communication. All customer interactions are text-based (no voice calls).
• Belorussian / Ukrainian and Russian - native or bilingual proficiency.
• Solid understanding of cryptocurrency and non-custodial wallets - we expect you to clearly explain how crypto works and why this field interests you.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify patterns and reason through complex issues.
• Attention to detail, responsibility, fast learning, empathy, and customer focus. These qualities are essential - we work with financial products, where precision and clear understanding of each case are crucial.
• A proactive mindset, the ability to reflect on your own strengths and weaknesses, and the drive for continuous learning and personal growth.

It’s a big plus if you have:

• Experience with Intercom and Jira.
• A degree or ongoing studies in economics, business, or a related field. We’re open to hiring talented students or recent graduates starting their career in IT.
